Welcome to the New Mexico Bone & Joint Institute patient portal that covers Alamogordo, Las Cruces, and Ruidoso!

If you have an upcoming appointment, please be sure to complete your medical history information online.  This may take you about ten to fifteen minutes but will save some time for you before you come in for your appointment.  This paperwork is just for your medical history, you will still need to fill out the New Patient Packet at the office.  You can either request this prior to your appointment, or do so when you arrive for your appointment. If you decide to do this paperwork prior, you can come by one of our locations to pick up that packet, or download the packet at New Patient Packet and bring it by the office.  If you decide to do the paperwork at the time of your appointment, you must arrive at least thirty to forty-five minutes prior to give you enough time to complete the paperwork.

Please let the front office know if any of your information has changed, such as mailing address, phone number, emergency contact, insurance information or anything else that may have changed for your records.

If you have not given us an e-mail address, call our office at (575) 434-0639 and request that we add your email address to your account.  Once this is completed, you will be then be able to click on the sign-up link to register to have access to the online Patient Portal, which will give you access to your medical information.
